Open Enrollment Classes —You may reschedule or cancel most open enrollment classes at no charge with at least ten (10) business days in advance with written notice. If you reschedule or cancel your class with less notice or “no show,” the full amount of your invoice must be paid. If you need to cancel, you have the option to either send a substitute student to your class or reschedule yourself into a future class at no additional cost on a space available retake basis for up to 12 months.
Open Enrollment Cisco Classes — You may reschedule or cancel open enrollment Cisco classes at no charge with at least sixteen (16) business days advance written notice. If you reschedule or cancel your Cisco class with less notice or “no show,” the full amount of your invoice must be paid. If you need to cancel, you have the option to either send a substitute student to your class or reschedule yourself into a future class at no additional cost on a space available retake basis for up to 6 months.
Private Classes, Customer On-Site, and Room Rentals — You may reschedule or cancel most Private Classes, Onsite or Room Rentals at no charge with at least ten (10) business days' written notice before the start date of your class. If you reschedule or cancel your event within 6 to 10 business days in advance, notice you will be charged 50% of your invoice amount. If you reschedule or cancel your event with less than five business days' advance notice, you will be charged 100% of your invoice amount.
